Sunday Gluten Free Roundup To do List

I'm all about lists! After a long week of blogging I have a lot of things on my To do list.

 Many of them are recipes to try, books to read, blogs to visit, restaurants, coupons to clip, deals on Amazon and tips that I need to organize.  Whew....

So here's my To do list for your benefit and mine!  :)

Recipes to try:

"Dorito" flavored Popcorn sounds so much better for us than chips!

Vegan Pina Colada Ice Cream.  I've seen a lot of coconut cream ice cream recipe but this one got me with the pineapple and I have on that I need to use soon.

Recipe Tip

did you know you can make your own Coconut Cream fast and frugally?  

Just put

1 cup of unsweetened gluten free coconut flakes in the food processor.  Process until powdery

Add  3 tablespoons of coconut oil slowly and blend until smooth and thick!  Store in the fridge.

Low carb Grilled Avocado with Cheese    I've had these on my Pinterest board forever.  Need to make them soon!  go see more of what I've pinned!

Homemade Truvia Sugar Subsitute!   from Whole New Mom.  Love it!
